This is taken from the book, Anatomy of the Spirit, by Caroline Myss. In this fascinating 1996 publication, Ms. Myss states that, "our biography becomes our biology". She explains how the sacred teachings of Judaism, Christianity and Hinduism testify even biologically that we are made in the image of God. Our attitudes, thoughts, actions, words, behaviors and relationships to people and things, are all integrally connected. By awakening an awareness of the body/spirit connection, we can transform our health as well as our relationships to other people and the world around us.
